  33. Hey, it was just a lame little joke that popped into my head while
  34. reading Brian's post. Did you notice I'm making fun OF skeptics?
  35. Occam's Razor gets flung around here a lot. Many of those invoking it
  36. seem to have little idea of it's significance. I agree temporal lobe
  37. epilepsy and sleep paralysis are absurd explanations for abduction
  38. experiences. Precisely because the accounts are too consistent to be
  39. caused by internal brain disorders. Some might be caused by exposure
  40. to abduction accounts coupled with one of the conditions. Since aliens
  41. from outer space are about the least probable cause of the abduction
  42. accounts, I guess Occam's Razor would suggest you look for a new
  43. mental disorder or maybe proof of a government mind control
  44. experiment. There are two problems with that. A number of very capable
  45. mental health professionals have looked at these people and decided
  46. most of them are not mentally ill. And the hidden mind control
  47. experiments imply a much more capable government than I think we have.
  48. I still don't like the idea of little grey guys taking women out of
  49. their beds for bizarre purposes. What do you think Occam's Razor
  50. demands now?
